Wifi signál vypadával a posledný deň nebol signál vôbec. Za nevynesenie odpadkov, nevyprazdnenie chladničky a neumytie riadu je pokuta 90€ pri tom si účtujú poplatok za upratanie. Je potrebné zložiť depozit 500€ a to som sa dozvedel až po vytvorení rezervácie. Po vytvorení rezervácie žiadajú poskytnúť online fotografie osobných dokladov čo sú citlivé informácie ! Samozrejme nič s toho nieje problém, ale dozviete sa to až po vytvorení rezervácie a jej zaplatení ! A to ma nemilo prekvapilo.

We liked nothing as we couldn’t access the apartment as the advertised lift didn’t exist! To top it all we were left outside the apartment building and told to find our own accommodation and we would be refunded in 7/10 day? Two disabled women two over 70s? This was Booking.com and their agents in Tenerife! From 3pm until 9pm at night we were struggling to find accommodation that was suitable! Absolutely disgusted at how we were treated! Through no fault of our own we believed the description of property and it was blatantly false the lift shaft was a gaping hole! We found alternative accommodation that was not in area we wanted nor totally suitable but we were desperate! Compensation? €10 offered? Not received no apology nothing! We won’t be using Booking.com again after frequent use over the years!

Loved the location, the comfortable beds (this is so important when you're on holiday - you want to be able to sleep and relax!). Our Host was amazing and was only ever a message away if we needed help or advice. The apartment was bright, spacious, and has a lovely balcony overlooking a busy street. It's very central to shops, restaurants and the beach

The pool is really designed for residents only, and it was evident that we weren't welcome. The man at the pool practically grunted when we arrived and put out his hand for money straight away when we arrived instead of explaining how it all worked. Kids are not allowed pool toys, are not allowed jump in the pool (we assumed you couldn't dive but not even allowed to jump?) and if they laughed, or showed signs if having any fun, they were stared at angrily by that same man. It is not a welcoming area and was a very disappointing experience, so it meant we felt we couldn't use the pool for the whole holiday after that. The street noise is very loud up to about 4.30 am even with earplugs in. If you're a deep sleeper, then you'll be fine. The lift was broken during our stay (and its 4 flights of stairs), but the host had made us aware of that in advance - but there was no discount offered at all. That was disappointing. Finally, I found it strange that €500 was ready to be taken at any point after we'd left if we didn't meet specific rules. This hung over us big time during our stay. For example, a broken dish or if they considered the place dirty, then it gave them the right to withhold some, or all, of the €500. We left at 3am and with 3 young kids in tow it was hard to triple check everything, including having to take pictures to show the "after" scene at the apartment - to prove we left it in a good condition. Those photos had to be sent to the host as proof. This honestly was our biggest downside and, quite frankly, stress throughout.
