We travel for my work all over the UK and stay at hotels approximately twice per month. No matter how good the hotel there is always a disappointment with the minor details. The Dial Inn was totally outstanding, literally everything was well above expectations, from the wifi speed, soft towels, quality of the accomodation, amazingly comfortable bed, fantatstic and well equipped bathroom, outstanding breakfast, friendly staff, and the overall experience where you are made to feel so welcome!

There is no possible improvement to our own experience !

"A let down, not worth the money."

Shower still had someone’s hair in the bottom. Mould spots in the shower. Stains on the sheets. Pillow cases were torn. The room just wasn’t presented well.

Breakfast perfect and very generous. Room clean. We have stayed before and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in beautiful pembrokeshire.
