Spacious

The furniture could do with being updated. The sofas are not very comfortable & the beds are not either. More than one shower so that when families are staying it would help getting ready in the mornings. Blinds on the windows so the curtains can be opened.

Liked location & access to garden & parking.

House was clean, but the flooring was a constant issue, as you couldn't walk around the house without constant noise. It's not the best when you have a sleeping toddler... but equally upstairs is just noisy

Really good communication, all queries answered quickly via email and chat. Really simple and straightforward to collect keys from the lock box and the place was clean on arrival. We arranged an extra hour late check out on the Siunday and that was really easy to arrange.

We didn't realise that there was only one shower and that was in the en-suite. The single bedroom was small and seperated from the 2nd bedroom by a sliding door which gave the impression that it was previosuly a wardrobe or another ensuite. Not complaining about these as I'm sure the advert stated these details, just pointing out the downsides from our stay. Also no dischwasher in the kitchen,
