Прекрасный семейный отель. Ежедневная уборка, смена белья, обновление воды, приятный завтрак, доброе отношение к гостям+постоянная поддержка во всех моментах, которые только могут возникнуть в ходе пребывания. Просторный номер, освещение превосходное, огромная кровать, вай фай без нареканий, чисто, все необходимое присутствует в номере. Разрешили воспользоваться кухней для приготовления обеда для ребенка. Обязательно вернемся к вам еще. Отдельно хочу поблагодарить всю вашу семью, что отнеслись душевно к нашему ребенку. Мы тоже полюбили вашу доченьку. Успели посетить буфет в соседнем доме, очень рекомендую, все вкусно и на высоте! Желаем вам процветания!

Немного шумно, но здесь уже ничего не поделаешь тк само расположение объекта обязывает соглашаться с постоянным шумом теплоходов/катеров/лодок. В будни намного тише. Но если днем уезжать на экскурсии, то все отлично. Ребенок в итоге во время дневного сна вообще не обращал внимание на шум. Побольше бы нормальных мест питания в пешей доступности, а то пока дойдешь обратно до отеля снова проголодаешься и устанешь)))

Le personnel a été très attentif. Le restaurant le plus proche ma servi des fruits de mer avariés. L'ensemble de la famille a pris soin de nous. Ils nous ont même accompagné au restaurant pour que nous puissions être remboursé d'un repas sur les 5 prix. Ils ont pu annuler l'excursion prévue. Famille aux petits soins. Merci beaucoup !

Nice and clean, breakfast okay

Staff was not too friendly. Not the hotel’s fault but the place is a ghost town. We were the only ones in the hotel. No restaurants, no supermarkets anywhere.

If you want to stay away from the city noise and enjoy the beautiful view of the sea and ships travelling, I highly recommend this hotel. It's quite cosy and comfortable. The hotel is run by a very friendly family. They will help to settle and organise tours for you along beautiful Ha Long. If you are riding a motorbike, they also have a service for motorbike rental.

Super fine værelser - rene og pæne. Søde og behjælpelige i receptionen.

Det lå perfekt tæt på havnen i forbindelse med cruise på Ha long bay - men mange bygninger står bare tomme og ikke super nemt finde et sted at spise.

We booked this hotel as it was close to boat terminal and it was very good value for money. Huge breakfast, clean hotel and friendly staff.

The staff and owners were amazingly supportive in arranging our Ha Long Cruise and with my limited food tolerances. They were superb.

There are not a lot of things to do outside of the hotel.
