Cockroaches! I left a day early and was promised a refund.

Cockroaches.

It was clean and bed was comfortable.

Price for accommodations was not a good value

Even though the facitity is under renovation the new owners were very helpful and accommodating. The location was great and the view from our balcony was beautiful!!

Pitiful breakfast of plastic wrapped pastries and instant oatmeal. They had a small refrigerator freezer in the room. Beds are nice, ac works, there’s a table and two chairs in the room. Water pressure is weak. It has a nice lake view and a indoor pool.

A more unwelcoming, laconic front desk cannot be found. The best I can say about them is they weren’t actively hostile. The new owners are remodeling this elderly resort and from what little I saw of their “improvements” it looks like their workmanship is pretty amateur. The most irritating thing about some hotels in this area is bathroom doors that open inward, almost touching the toilet, so one has to squeeze oneself to the side to close or open the door. Terrible design.
