Perfect location. The room was very clean and has all the nesessery facilities.

It’s such a good location to see the best of Ioannina. Alex’s apartment was modern, well designed space-wise, and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Why would you bother with a hotel?

Host was very informative, giving clear directions and polite. The apartment was clean and situated close to the lake. Ideal property for a couple.

We highly recommend this place. The location was perfect to explore Ioannina and the hosts were very responsive to our messages and welcoming. The apartment was entirely renovated which was a plus. There were two balconies. When the blinds were closed, the entire apartment was in the dark which was perfect to sleep ! And there was a mosquito net integrated to the doors and windows which was very helpful to keep them open to refresh the apartment.

Nothing! If I really have to say something, there was a little weird smell in the bathroom as if it was closed/not used for a long period.

The appartment is situated in an atrium of a quite backstreet with access within less then 5 minutes walking distance to the city center and the old town. You'll find lots of bars and restaurants around (special recpommendation for Σούζη Τρως (Suzi Tros)). The host is very kind and friendly. He showed me around and took care we get all information on Whatsapp. He also made arrangement for a place to drop off our car for free.

Alex is a very nice host. The room is new and the position is great. We just had an excellent experience.

I loved that the newly renovated studio was equipped with everything you might need. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom shower was perfect, with the water actually staying on the shower stall, something that has proven to be a problem in most rentals/hotel rooms I've stayed in across Greece. The location could not get any better, right in the historic city center, by the lake Although we didn't meet the host, he was quick to respond to messages and even tried to accommodate us with a later checkout.
