MYThe management has shown a clear lack of responsibility, causing customers to waste their money on rooms that are overpriced and in such poor condition. When I tried to contact customer service, no one answered the phone. Upon arrival at the property, there was no staff available to provide assistance — I was left standing there waiting without any information. Several other guests were also waiting at the mailbox cabinet for consultation and to obtain the access code or key card. rubbish management😡🤬
I have never stayed in such a disappointing property. At RM500 per night, the condition of the unit is unacceptable. In the first room: • The kitchen sink leaked as soon as the water was turned on. • The living room floor was sticky. • The door had dust all over it when closed. • The sofa was full of flakes and debris, which was extremely unhygienic. • In the bathroom, a piece of tissue was stuck on the wall, showing poor housekeeping. I wasted more than an hour and a half debating whether to cancel and move to another hotel, but in the end, I had no choice but to request a room change. Unfortunately, the second room was even worse: • The kitchen sink also leaked when water was turned on. • The shower was in terrible condition — I practically needed four hands just to use it: one to hold the shower head, one to adjust the hot and cold water, one to wash my hair, and one to prevent the shower fixture from falling off the wall. This entire experience was extremely unpleasant and unacceptable for the price I paid. I request that you provide a proper solution and fair compensation, as a simple room change clearly did not resolve the issues.

I had bad experience when staying here. I had checked in late around 9pm and the staff provide me with not ready unit. The unit not clean from previous customer. Then staff asked us to go down again to lobby and take new key without telling any sorry at all!! I have to go down with 2 kids and luggage just to get the new key. Very frustated with their service. And checkout must be before 11am on the next day if not penalty. Will never repeat again!
