L’hôtel était comme sur la description, au premier abord j’en étais vraiment satisfaite

J’ai été volée au sein de cet établissement, plus de 1000€ perdus à cause d’un problème de sécurité évident (clés similaires dans toutes les chambres, pas de caméra à mon étage, sécurité qui n’a pas vérifié les allers venus). De plus aucune aide de booking, aucune aide de la direction. RIEN. Je ne laisse jamais de commentaires mais là je n’ai pas le choix sachant que je suis repartie sans argent malgré l’enquête en cours.
