The place was very clean and spacious

We were there during the ‘off season’ and they were doing reservations. The pool was dirty, the gym was closed and the restaurant was under renovations

Friendly staff and comfortable villa

Although the staff were nice and helpful and the villa was in good condition, our experience at this hotel was quite strange. The hotel was advertised as a resort, but this was not the case. We stayed for three nights in one of the villas but did not see any other guests during our stay. There was a lot of maintenance work going on, which we were unaware of until arrival, so we couldn’t use any of the facilities including the public pool, fitness centre or restaurant. There were workmen everywhere, and as a group of eight young women, we did not feel comfortable and felt unsafe. The villa was spooky, with strange noises coming from some of the rooms. We noticed an outdoor room at the back of the house on the grounds of our villa with a bed frame, a lamp, and a toilet. It seemed odd, but we didn't think much of it until the final night when we saw lights flickering in there and appeared as if a person was in there. The next morning, we raised this issue with the staff, as it was evident that someone was sleeping there, this made us very uncomfortable and feeling unsafe, especially since one of the bedrooms was separate from the main villa. The staff member giggled when we showed her the back room and told us to come back in ten minutes. She then refunded us for two nights in cash without asking any questions. We found this very strange and would not recommend staying here.

The hotel room was clean

During my recent stay at this Hotel, I found the accommodation to be generally satisfactory with comfortable room. However, I must mention a significant downside: the ongoing construction at the hotel and in front of it. Despite the hotel's efforts to maintain a pleasant environment, the presence of the construction site detracted from the overall experience. And because of that , you could not open the window blinds nor the window curtains. Also the air conditioner was very noisy during the night , as because of the heat you cannot sleep without it being turned on. Also at about 5.40pm, the hotel restaurant was already closed .

Good location, clean rooms, lovely decor. Stay was okay if you are using it to drop bags and just a place to sleep

had to move rooms 3 times as the shower in rooms either the drain did not work or the shower head was faulty. In final room got fed up and had to just keep turning the shower on and off while using it to let the drain catch up. Pool area was nice however one of the days we went down in the morning, the water was very green and dirty had to ask twice if it could possibly be cleaned as there was no way of swimming in it, did not happen until the next day. Locks on balcony door have to be fixed as managed to get locked out and had to call down for assistance. Only serve breakfast food on till 12 after this there is no food or any staff at pool bar to be able to get a drink. Gym facility was not function-able.
