The building is high quality with excellent design, a stunning lobby and great location. It is also quiet at night because the roads behind and in front of the building are not the type that cars can drive fast at night. The bed sheets are high quality and are comfortable as are the pillows and mattress. The balcony is lovely and clean with a superb view to the black sea. The entire apartment is meticulously clean.

There are some flaws in the design of the apartment which results in poor utilisation of space. The open kitchen has a dining table that is too high and too large. It is ideal for people who are 1.95 meters and taller but the vast majority of people cannot use it for comfortable eating. As there are three tables in the apartment I would get rid of one completely and instead replace the balcony table with a larger table that can double as a dining table. The sofa is too wide and not useful to sit on (it needs more and larger pillows). In order to sit on it you need to move the large table so basically a quarter of the apartment is dead-space (better to replace the table with a low coffee table). The kitchen is missing items that are standard in Batumi rentals such as a Jezve to make Turkish coffee, wine glasses (there is a wine bottle opener but it is of such low quality it is impossible to use so I bought one on the second day else I wouldn't be able to drink wine), a pan to fry eggs (there is a large pan that is only useful for cooking vegetables. If you fry anything, ie eggs they stick to the pan). A pasta net would also be useful. I was also missing a broom for sweeping. The address provided when booking is Mamuladze street and no building number nor unit number was provided until I got access to WiFi and asked the host for it at exactly the time of check in. Mamuladze was the old name (for more than a decade the street is named Inasaridze street) and it is unnecessarily confusing. I frequently visit Batumi and I know that Next developers have 3 buildings on Inasaridze street so I naturally went to one of them (it turned out to be the wrong one but they are 250 meters from each other). I recommend the host gives accurate check in instructions in future as guests who are not familiar with Batumi and are carrying large suitcases will face difficulty with the current set up.

Very comfortable and clean, I was very pleased, thank you very much, it is very close to the sea, right in the city center.
