Gloucester Apartments by Kahuna Stays, Ideal for Students, Contractors, Professionals & Visitors

The apartment was very spacious (for three of us) , well equipped from pots and pans through to iron and hairdryer! Very clean too. Good location, easy walk from the train station.

The street outside could do with a tidy up……..but it doesn’t impact on the apartment!!!

For what I paid and was expecting, it was very much a good place. They were very clean and had a fully functional kitchen. Their bed was a double and had linen there as well as extra towels which were very nice.

The kitchen is fully stocked with cutlery and other applications but would've been nice to have things like tin foil or baking paper to use for when you're using the oven. Same with a microwave cover for microwaves. Little things that didn't take away from the experience but would've been nice to have. Maybe even salt and pepper as a baseline. Maybe also some extra blankets because I was kind of cold but I just doubled up the duvet and made do. But all in all, was a really good stay and I rate it really high. Amazing considering I spent a week there and I'm a student.

Clean house. Easy to access. Modern. Lots of added facilities or items. Close to the centre. Very responsive host.

While the host was responsive, the location was a major issue for me. The area felt rough and unsafe, and I did not feel comfortable walking around. It was good to be so close to the centre however we had a 9 year old and there was often people arguing or shouting outside the window. Piles of rubbish around the road as well. The layout was awkward, with multiple levels and lots of stairs. This made moving around the house inconvenient and would be difficult for anyone with mobility concerns.
