Yirma and family run an amazing B&B and pool club! We booked 2 nights in the upstairs suite and were invited in like family, despite the language barrier. Do not miss a chance to stay here, spend the day, share a meal in this lovely and lively setting. You will not be disappointed!!

For light sleepers, the apartment bedrooms face the main road and there is some street traffic and neighborhood dogs that may wake you. Ear plugs recommended

Villa Provence in Signaghi offers a truly enchanting stay, and their brand-new all-pine room is a masterpiece of warmth and tranquility. The natural wood interiors create a cozy, inviting atmosphere, perfectly complementing the breathtaking views of the Alazani Valley. Waking up to the golden sunrise over the vineyards is a dreamlike experience. The property itself is a haven of relaxation, with a stunning pool that provides the perfect escape on warm days. Whether you’re lounging by the water, enjoying a glass of local wine on the terrace, or simply soaking in the peaceful surroundings, Villa Provence effortlessly blends luxury with nature. It’s an ideal retreat for anyone seeking serenity, comfort, and a touch of rustic elegance.

Two rooms, a bathroom and a huge private veranda with gorgeous views. Young girl was a very friendly hostess (speaking English). Her mother (?) was also nice (but spoke only Georgian [and sign language]). Easy public parking in front of the guesthouse. The huge private veranda and the gorgeous views really made a difference even though the rooms seemed a tad old.

Old mattress. Bathroom smelled a bit. Place had a feel of being a tad old.

This place is mainly a restaurant/bar with a pool. Upstairs they rent one apartment, which has 1 double bed, sofa bed and foldable bed. A/C only in 1 room (where the double bed is). Bed was not the most comfortable, but okay. The apartment doesn't feel totally private because there are no curtains for all windows (but you can't see through the windows luckily). There's a door straight to the street with no soundproofing, so you can hear dogs barking in the night (use earplugs). There is a strong smell in the bathroom. All in all we had a good stay, but I feel we didn't get the full picture of the place from previous reviews/description. I can still recommend this place! Highlights are the pool and friendly staff.

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Villa Provance in Sighnaghi, and it was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the stunning architecture and beautifully landscaped gardens of the villa. The traditional Georgian design elements blended seamlessly with modern luxuries, creating an atmosphere of rustic elegance. One of the highlights for us was the magnificent outdoor pool. Set against the backdrop of the Caucasus mountains, it provided the perfect place to cool off and take in the breathtaking views. Our kids spent hours splashing around and playing in the crystal clear water, while we relaxed poolside with a glass of the region's renowned Kakheti wine. The villa's accommodations were equally impressive. Our room was spacious and well-appointed, with plush bedding and charming Georgian furnishings. We especially enjoyed the private balcony, where we would sip our morning coffee and plan our day's adventures. The true standout, however, was the exceptional service and hospitality provided by the Villa Provance team. The concierge was incredibly helpful in arranging winery tours, restaurant reservations, and other activities to make the most of our stay. And the meals prepared by the in-house chef were simply divine - a perfect blend of traditional Georgian flavors and modern culinary techniques. We left Villa Provance feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and grateful for the opportunity to experience the beauty and hospitality of the Kakheti region. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone seeking a truly memorable and luxurious getaway. We can't wait to return!

Loved the bohemian cafe vibe. Since there is an actual cafe that they run downstairs, you feel like you have the whole cafe to yourself. The three women of all three generations (daughter, mother and grandmother) were very good hosts. They made us feel right at home. They even helped us get a reservation for the markshrutka van and to book cabs. The people is what brought alive the warmth of the place. And of course the cats as well.

Loved everything. Can't think of any improvement.
