New apartment Trento (parking)

… unexpected change of apartment without our prior consent. The apartment we were given did not meet the standards of the one we originally booked. See below the pics to visualize what i am writing about. I have tried to negotiate with the host, the only refund we got was the city tax of 3€!!!! I have travelled with 3 little kids for 6 hours, otherwise would leave asap. This behaviour was unacceptable and wish it does not happen to other guests. Being specific: ⭐️The equipment and amenities were inadequate (e.g., only three plates, etc.) ⭐️There was no Wi-Fi available ⭐️no AC ⭐️We had to pay extra for parking (8 eur) We had signed up for a well-equipped, high-quality apartment, and unfortunately, the one we received did not match that level in terms of comfort and facilities.

When we reached, the contact person said, he would give another place as the place we booked is not free..we said fine later after we checked in, all basic things were missing which needed for family with kids. No internet, TV not working, no basic things in kitchen nor in bathroom. We booked with parking but he said no parking asked us to search in public places when we said we are new here do not know he gave one place which was saying restricted so we do not know if we get fine.. When we asked for all this he says without enjoying you are complaining..it was bad to hear that.. Finally when we want check out the door is locked or jamed again called him he came after 30 min n opened..finally it is worst feeling

Clean and comfortable. Excellent host.

The location is perfect, great apartment. Was exactly what we needed.

Huge place. Great location

Description said fan in apartment. Did not find fan but found remote for fan. No AC. HOT NIGHT. Toilet seat broken. Shower drain very slow.

Location. Apartment was very big and right in city center with access to many restaurants..this isn't the apartment which we were hosted in though..

Zero thoughts given to make the apartment suitable for hosting family..kitchen has zero utensils , zero tumblers and glasses , zero cutlery..no electric kettle.

· DO NOT BOOK After contacting me the day before regarding a time to meet out the front to collect keys, the owner did not show up. We sat outside in the cold (it snowed the following day, we had 3 children with us) for over an hour while I tried to contact them. Eventually they called back and told me the building was structurally unsound and they couldn't accommodate me. Although I did see many people walking in and out of the building, so believe this was a lie. They offered an alternative apartment a 25 minute walk away. I did not want to stay out of town so requested a refund instead. This was agreed to but has never arrived despite significant effort on my part. Booking.com has also refused to help with a refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DISHONEST HOST

Very convenient to trains and central area. Helmut was extremely flexible for both check-in & check-out, plus local recommendations. Parking was easy & secure!

Kitchen had good amenities. Could have new vs used items for ease of use.
