Το ένα μπάνιο είχε μυρμήγκια και ο εξαερισμός από το ένα δωμάτιο που ήτανε κάτω πήγαινε στο πάνω δωμάτιο με αποτέλεσμα όλες οι μυρωδιές και οι ήχοι να πάμε στο πάνω.Τα δωμάτια ήτανε πολύ μικρότερα από 40 τμ μέτρα που έλεγε στο site

Προσεγμένο και καθαρό δωμάτιο, μόλις 5 λεπτά από το λιμάνι της Αγίας Μαρίνας. Ο κύριος Γιάννης εξυπηρετικότατος, μας βοήθησε με οποίες πληροφορίες χρειαζόμασταν!

Εξαιρετικός και ευγενικός ο κύριος Γιάννης ιδιοκτήτης του καταλύματος.

Καθαριότητα του διαμερίσματος θα θέλαμε λίγο καλύτερη και αλλαγή σεντονιων.

Νοικιάσαμε 2 δωμάτια, στα οποία ο εξαερισμός του μπάνιου του ενός έβγαινε στο άλλο, το οποίο δεν είχε εξαερισμό (σας επισυναψα φωτογραφίες) με αποτέλεσμα ότι μυρωδιά και ήχο έχει το μπάνιο το κάτω όταν χρησιμοποιούταν να μεταφέρονταν στο ακριβώς επάνω του άλλου δωματίου. Επίσης είχε μυρμήγκια το μπάνιο με αποτέλεσμα να πάνε όλα πάνω στην οδοντόβουρτσα μου ( έχω επισυνάψει φωτό από βίντεο αφού δεν επιτρέπεται το ανέβασμα βίντεο στην πλατφόρμα) Τέλος ο ένας καθρέφτης της ντουλάπας ήταν ραγισμένος και ενώ η κράτηση στο booking έγραφε για χώρο 40τμ το δωμάτιο ήταν σίγουρα πολύ πολύ μικρότερο.

- The room was clean and cleaning was provided daily - The manager was very pleasant, nice to chat with and welcoming

Most importantly: - We booked a room with kitchenware and an electric kettle and our room didnt have those. The manager explained he was not aware of our request and concluded this is either a Booking.com or internal system issue. He didnt take any responsibility on the mistake or any further action to partially refund us for the the misleading incident and the lack of services provided. - The cleaning personell entered the room in the morning to clean, while I was sleeping. There was no sign to hang on the door or other way to notify the hotel to not enter the rooms. The manager phoned me while sleeping to check if they can enter our room and in abscence of response from my side, he instructed the cleaning personell to enter the room. - Poor quality of sleep was additionally caused bc the hotel building is old hence very noisy during the day and night (single glass balcony doors, thin walls and door). I use earplugs and still my sleep was being interrupted. - The wifi was weak and mostly non detectable - The shower water pressure was very low Additionally, - There was an abscense of a trash bin in the room, but only in the toillet - Airco water is leaking in the balcony where the chairs can be placed to sit outside - The promised sea view is in practice side sea view and the view photos in Booking are misleadingly well-presented - There was no shampoo provided as stated in the room facilities list, only shower gel. - There has been an uncovered channeling pipe (instead of proper ventilation) in the bathroom, that was quite unpleasant. - The sockets are placed right above the beds, as a result if one needs to charge their phone during the night, the chargers are hanging above their heads while sleeping. That was another unpleasant detail. - The beds were not quite comfi. Very sad to see pleasant, nice people at a young age managing their business and clients in such an outdated way in year 2024. Has been an overall unpleasant stay.
