Falabella Suite with amazing views of stud farm.

Lovely apartment and surroundings.

States location to wedding we were attening was just 3.5 miles away, so shouldn't have taken us long and this is the reason we booked it but it was actually 35 minutes away, cost us a lot of money in taxi fares.

Location and design was appealing. Bathroom clean and modern

Cleanliness- pans and oven tray not clean , old pan scrub should be new, Mattress uncomfortable too cheap, could hear the springs as you turned over Bedroom could have been cleaner- hair bobble on floor from previous guest!!

Entirely my fault, I didn't know Great Driffield was not the same as Driffield. Way way out of my way.

Wonderful property, out in the countryside and extremely quiet apart from the lovely sounds of the horses. Well equipped and has everything you would need for a short stay. Very cosy and modern. Instructions from the host were very clear and easy to follow. I managed a stay without having to speak to anyone. Would highly recommend

On the whole the property was clean and the bedding and towels were immaculate. My only slight criticism would be if you look closely there were a lot of cobwebs in corners. But this is to be expected in a rural setting.

Nothing I didn't like, just need to remember in future it's not close to shops so make sure you have what you need

The access via a key code on the gate and to the apartment using a key safe was simplicity itself. Communication was excellent location was very peaceful, and the people I encountered were friendly and non-obtrusive. The hosts have clearly invested a lot of money in providing very comfortable accommodation, and it was a joy to see the very well-cared-for horses in the paddock. The views from the windows are lovely. Thank you.

The weather could have been a little better; other than that, little could be done to improve the charming experience of staying on a working stud farm.

Location, privacy, proximity to places i wanted to visit. There was a spacious shower cubicle, nice towels and generally clean . Also anfan was provided in the bedroom for comfort

I stayed here February 2024 and thought everything excellent . However, this time the fact that out of 4 beakers provided all four were dirty or stained as was the shelf where they were stored has affected my assessment. Fortunately i keep a travel mug in the car in the car .i have found this in other places I've stayed. Sometimes i think the people who are employed to clean don't always check inside cupboards.
