There was nothing less than perfect
RUA great view, the sound of the waves, the atmosphere. 10 minutes walk to everything: the market, cafeteria, a bit more - to the restaurant.
CHThe apartment has a fantastic view across the sea and a small balcony. It is very clean and well kept. The host Maurizio was very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was another great plus. Washing machine and kitchen facilities were other positive assets. The building is well kept on a secluded private road, with a small parking spot near the front door. It is well located to explore with a busstop at the end of the road and train stations (Pieve Ligure and Bogliasco) within 15 mins walk.
We were not seriously disturbed by these points, but we think they are worth mentioning. The train line runs nearby, directly behind the building, although it did not disturb us much even with the window open. The flat is described as "One-Bedroom Apartment, 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed and 1 sofa bed". It is a good sized studio with two sofa beds (one double, one single) and a bunk bed. Nevertheless we enjoyed our stay there!

DEExtraordinary location! The view from the balcony is unmatchable. And the private beach is very cozy too. The host was very responsive and made a very good effort to give instructions and answered follow up questions, all via chat. Room itself is clean and has all needed facilities. Not very luxurious but very decent with the view being the main attraction. And the swimming pool downstairs is quite good too and we loved that guests had free access.
No WiFi was provided ( specially considering we were only chatting with WhatsApp with the host) and the parking was tight. Also while the host made a good effort to share instructions, the special situation of the property means instructions with pictures/maps/drawings( for example how you access the property, find parking, path down to sea) will make it easier.
CHThe location is just perfect to visit sites as Genova Aquarium, Christopher Columbus House, the antic port .We loved the view of the appartement from the terrasse, the private beach and the kids enjoyed very much the indoor and outdoor swimming pool.. Restaurants and supermarkets were very close by. The owner always give us useful informations and some good tips to go out. We lived the real Dolce Vita!!
