B&B VILLA CATERINA

Lots of room, the hosts are very polite and helpful. The place was organised and clean, and the bathroom was lovely. There's a beautiful view from the room. I love that they provided vegan options for me, with delicious focaccia and coffee. There are a few adorable cats around the house to keep you company. The drying racket was ESSENTIAL for me, since I always had to dry my swimsuit after visiting the beach.

For me, coming from a place where we don't have mountains or hills, it was a bit scary at first to drive on the streets that led to this B&B, on a hill. I kinda got used to them after some time. The provided fan wasn't very powerful, so I was kinda hot during the night. I would have left the window open, but there also wasn't any net to stop insects and mosquitoes from coming inside.

Erica and her family were so nice. Even though we spoke no Italian, it was not hard to communicate and they were very attentive to our needs. The view is beautiful. The only minor issue was it was a bit hard to find, we had to ask a nice man down the road. Otherwise, very nice experience.

GPS did bot work and the address on booking was not clear, so it was a little difficult to find

The hostess provided amazing service the whole stay. Great breakfast with fresh fruit and other fresh produce. Clean rooms with beautiful view of the city. With the bikes we borrowed we could reach the city and the beach quick.

Biking back to the hotel is a little rough but if you have a car or use the bus it is not a problem.

storage is a problem because the wardrobe is full of old blankets and clutter. No fan to combat the very warm weather so had to sleep with the windows and shutters open which invited the mosquitoes in, consequently we were both badly bitten. The bedding had seen better days!
