What a stunning building that has been so thoughtfully renovated. Excellent location. The room was so spacious and comfortable.

The bed needs tightening up some squeaks every time I turned over but it was very comfortable. No availability for breakfast on a Sunday.

We love hotels that do things a little differently. The location was excellent and all the staff we encountered were lovely and very helpful. The room itself was spacious and the little jug of fresh milk in the fridge appreciated.

If there's no "service" after hours, before hours, at breakfast etc then I think there needs to be more available in the room, e.g. more than 2 coffee capsules. The room was a little cold, but there was no blanket or any means of getting one. And the room was beautifully decorated, but lacked warmth and comfort. The mattress might be all-natural, but it is honestly one of the hardest beds I've ever slept on.

Great location, pleasant room, nice little extras Large bathtub great if you were 6ft+ not so good for a 5ft pensioner to climb in and out of.

Lack of Customer service Whole property closed on Sundays we appeared to be the only people in it. Had to enter through a basement entrance most of the time because front Door was kept locked until it was time to open the restaurant. When booking in on Saturday we were asked if we would like to book breakfast for Monday however this would be served in our room.Felt completely abandoned.

The good central location, the quality of the rooms, and a great restaurant and bar.

My only niggle - and it’s one I have with most hotels - is that the bed was too hard. I got around this by asking for another duvet which I folded in half and slept on - this made the bed more comfortable. The option to have a mattress topper would be very useful.
