Fab location and attentive staff ! Coffee and water in the room and also got an upgrade since it was my birthday! Had dinner which was delicious and staff went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of! Shout out to David and Carolina which were brilliant on the night! Will definitely be staying again , thank you !!

One night over night stay (we live in Jersey). Great , good size rooms and comfy. Nice decor. Complimentary bits in the room. Great for a one night stay and dinner/cocktails in the restaurant. Also just to note that as this is a restaurant, not a hotel, the reception isn’t monitored for 24 hours and if you leave after they close you have to use an alternative route to get back in through a side door into the basement. All very easy and not an issue but just a good note for anyone not from Jersey.

Not necessarily a negative, but the bath was very high in our room (almost as tall as my legs, as I’m pretty short) so someone less able would struggle to climb in.

Fantastic accommodation and beautiful room. The new menu in Banjo's is also superb

Not enough signs for the front door , have guest guessing / use of amenities “iron” . Burn marks / stains, almost ruined our wedding outfit.

Nothing. I did not stay. I paid on arrival and was shown my room but was not comfortable with the exit route via the basement or that it was unstaffed when the restaurant closed. This is not a hotel. I did not feel it was a place I was happy to stay in on my own.

Everything. I checked in, paid, was taken to my room and then shown the route via the basement for entering and exiting between the hours of 10pm and 11am. It was confusing to say the least and was not the set up I was anticipating. I was so unhappy about the prospect of spending a night there that I handed in my key and left within an hour of checking in. This is NOT a hotel. It is a restaurant which has rooms above it. When the restaurant closes the front doors are locked and the staff leave via the basement route. If I had realised it was not properly staffed throughout the night I would never have booked to stay there. I did not feel safe. This is not what I paid for and will be applying for a refund . I suggest you make the set up much clearer in your description of the property. I feel I was misled.

Perfect location, walking distance to the shops and restaurants.. Even though there was no parking, there was a car park less than five minutes walk and very cheap to park over night. Our room was huge, very clean , there was a bath and a separate shower , super large towels There was also a mini bar, which was free, wine and water. The staff were very pleasant and helpful I would definitely stay here again
