Great location, lovely setting, quiet, private & safe for solo travelers, very basic kitchenette for snacks, staff exceptional!

A refrigerator would be nice.

Wifi, mattress

Very small of a room, no chairs. loose backboard on bed, screeching bathroom door. moisture stains and smell on closet and bathroom. No space for luggage. No space to hang dresses. Only shirts/blouses. No cleaning service.. “ do it yourself trash/towels/sheets. Limited customer service on site. NO SWIMMING POOL. It’s more like a large shallow tub.

Alberca, sábanas muy limpias, cuarto excelentes condiicones

No tiene salida de vapor el baño empieza a oler a humedad , deberían dejar un trapeador y artículos de limpieza para cuando nos quedamos varios días nosotros mismos realizar una limpieza al día , con la alberca mojamos mucho el interior del cuarto

Location

Our room was not great or comfortable at all. The room was covered with mold and had a very bad odor. The room was very humid and the air conditioner had a very bad smell to it. We had to turn it off because of this issue. The room itself was not clean and we checked out early Saturday morning. We would absolutely never recommend anyone staying at this property. No front desk and basically had to leave the property to avoid getting sick. We absolutely will be working towards getting refunded for this disaster

La ubicación

No son claros en que es autónomo, las personas que contestan en WhatsApp no dan atención adecuada, los baños están sucios con moo, no hay ni personal que te recoja la basura de tu habitación. Entra gente que ni siquiera quiera esta hospedada tienen fiesta hasta altas horas de la noche.

Me gustó mucho la ubicación del hotel y cómo son las instalaciones del lugar, inspira tranquilidad.
