Hotel Boutique Villa Escondida, A Pasos de Lo Mejor en Tlaquepaque

Pros: 1. Location was perfect and there is a great coffee shop next door 2. Rooms were reasonably sized 3. Beautiful- the setting and shared space is gorgeous and the pool is a great addition 4. The on site staff/workers are very kind when they are present and helpful 5. The location has SO much potential

Cons: 1. There is no daily service (towel change, linens, cleaning). The towels and rooms were very dirty by the end of our stay 2. Water - poor water pressure in the room, sinks/showers not draining 3. THIN walls- could hear everything the people in the room over were saying 4. No follow through- when you contact the listing/number, the person would verbally answer but did not follow through on new towels, shower/water concerns, etc 5. Bathrooms were moldy in all three of the rooms we rented and cleanliness overall was inadequate

The location is perfect

At arrival the room was not freshly clean, the room was dirty, floors, the bathroom and and linens weren’t clean found a couple of roaches. And Cheetos all over the bedroom. The room looked rundown and had a poor smell and mold in the bathroom. I asked for a different room with no respond and I finally ask the staff to clean my room when I saw someone available.

The location is prime, that’s about it!

Location is not kept clean and room assigned was left dirty. I received the keys and no information to check in no problem, but the room was assigned was not cleaned at all. The trash was left in the room, the beds were not done, and the property itself needs taken care of.

Excellent Location!

Need some natural air in the bedrooms they do have a window but it will be a nice feature if the windows could open.
