Ellerton B&B

Host went above and beyond to make sure i had a fully cooked breakfast before the allotted breakfast times. My room was clean and fully equipped with everything i would need for a one night stop.

Did exactly what it said on the tin, very good value compared to other options in Bideford that night. Very comfy room, plentiful street parking outside & a lovely breakfast. Location perfect as close to town centre, a supermarket, football ground and road links to the cricket in Instow which was the purpose of my trip. Nice friendly hosts

The weather!

The breakfast was cooked freshly served with toast and juice and a choice of tea or coffee.

Close to the centre of the town. The room isn’t super modern but it had everything I needed and was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Lovely host who had loads of local knowledge. Will definitely stay here again when I next go to Lundy.

Everything I asked for at breakfast and well cooked. Room was immaculate. The location was great in a very quiet location

This was an excellent location for a two-night stay. It's a small-scale operation, but anyone who isn't expecting a hotel or a larger B+B is unlikely to be disappointed. It's within easy walking distance of the town centre, and conveniently located on the bus routes to Westward Ho! and Appledore.

Nothing to report. It's a converted private house, with the hosts on site, but no less friendly and well-appointed for that. I would happily stay there again, not least to pay homage to the plastic parrot in Westward Ho! As there seems to be a surprising lack of accommodation in Bideford, it's a helpful option when available.
