Excellent host - communicative beforehand and attentive during my stay.

The room didn't really have much va-va-voom. But it was a value break, not a stay in a boutique hotel.

the location was good

the bed sheets weren’t washed probably for a month. I didn’t feel comfortable sleeping on it. I covered the pillow with my T-shirt and then slept.
