GBWhat a stunning place Charles and Ksenia have made! Our group of friends thoroughly enjoyed a weekend at Delta retreat. Right on the beach, the views are beautiful and it was a luxury to be in the sea in a matter of seconds. It is a spacious home with two beautiful sitting rooms, a large dining room, a games room and of course the amazing yoga studio - so even when the weather was really stormy (and there was a power cut!) we did not feel cooped up as we could enjoy the house so much. There are books and games, a piano, TVs, good speakers and a wonderful kitchen. The beds were very comfortable, and on top of that we made use of the wood fired jacuzzi in the garden. All in all, definitely recommend for a very comfortable beach getaway with your family or a group of friends!
There was nothing we didn’t like about the property. Guests should be aware of the strict vegan policy before booking (no animal products allowed at all in the house). Charles could have sometimes been responsive to questions more quickly, but I appreciate they were busy that weekend. We recommend putting a lighter or matches out to light the jacuzzi as we didn’t have one and didn’t manage to light it for a long time, but apart from that all was well.
GBAs expected, the location is absolutely perfect. We did not have the best weather but the kids loved being able to just walk straight into the beach. The sauna was a hit too, and the house was perfect for our big group (16) - we don't often all get to sit around the table to eat at the same time. Perfect amount of living space so noisy vs quiet games could all still take place inside.
We are not vegan in our day-to-day life but took up the challenge for the weekend - bit tougher with the kids, esp over Easter, but the adults did well. Not a negative - you just need to be prepared.
ESThe house is really lovely. The kitchen is fully equipped. The decoration is lovely. The view is breathtaking. The atmosphere and vibe is really relaxing.
The hot tube is an extra charge and this was initially not communicated

GBWhere do I even start! I had booked this stunning house for my 21st birthday for my friends/ family. Upon arrival we were all stunned by the beauty of the whole property. Everything exceeded our expectations from the cleanliness, comfortability, features/ facilities, location etc etc. Charles the home owner was unbelievably helpful, bubbly and accommodating. He was so easy to get in contact with and very quickly to reply. He even extended our stay for another 6 hours out of inconvenience of the hot tub being under construction, which was beyond kind. We all could’ve easily stayed longer and were so sad to leave! It made my birthday so so special, especially the sound systems generated throughout the house, which can get VERY loud. They were amazing. Could not recommend this property enough!!!!! Thank you Charles for an incredible weekend!

ITWe had an absolutely amazing time at this seafront retreat.The rooms were spacious. It's equipped all the things you need to spend your holiday. Lovely place to visit.
