Riad Hadia Fes - Prestige Stay

I had an incredible time at this establishment! From the moment I arrived, everything was just perfect. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the vibes are absolutely fantastic, and the food is simply outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. A special shoutout to Mohammed, who truly made the experience unforgettable! His hospitality, kindness, and attention to detail were beyond amazing. He goes above and beyond to ensure every guest feels special. Mohammed is truly the top! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food, amazing service, and a wonderful ambiance. Can’t wait to come back!

I had a very disappointing experience at this riad. The service was unprofessional, and the staff was not welcoming or helpful. Communication was difficult, and my concerns were not taken seriously. The room was not as clean as expected, with noticeable dust and an unpleasant smell. The bathroom also had issues, and it didn’t feel properly maintained. For the price, I expected much better conditions. Additionally, the management was not responsive when I faced problems during my stay. I do not recommend this riad based on my experience. There are many better options in Fez.

Very beautiful and opulent Riad; worth the stay just for that. Close to the Medina. Staff were great; they also organised a little party for new year's eve.

Quite cold (acknowledging it was mid-winter) and, the day we were leaving, hot water was not on. They planned to fix it but we were leaving early before the hot water got fixed.

Excellent location, excellent price and the staff is just amazing. Hadia and Aziz will make you feel at home. It's the place to stay if you want to visit Fes old Medina. Thank you all

Beautiful riad located on the outer edge of the old medina. Staff were lovely, room comfortable and beautifully decorated. Included breakfast was generous and delicious. Great roof top terrace which was a great place for us to relax and play with the kids. We parked our car in secure parking a short walk from the riad 40dh/24hr.

Located next to main road. The top bedroom of the family room faces this road and there is noticeable noise until 12-1am. The noise was less noticeable in the room with the 2 single beds.

We had a wonderful stay! The location of this riad is perfect - a 4 min walk to the Medina (old city) but situated on a main road making it easy to find taxis and move around. Breakfast was great and Aziz the manager was a STAR! He was helpful and made our stay easy and comfortable. The rooftop terrace is a plus!

No windows in the room, so it gets stuffy. But all riads are like this.
