Good location with a parking spot. Very clean house with an excellent host. The powder room upstairs and the tea room are a plus in this house

友人との旅行で滞在しましたが、最高の思い出になりました！ 気さくで温かいオーナーさんのおもてなしが素晴らしかったです。 施設内には茶室があり、そこで体験した茶道は心休まる時間でした。また、オーナーさんのおかげで西尾市ならではの体験も満喫できました。養殖場でのうなぎ見学や、えびせんべい屋さんの見学（今回は体験しませんでしたが、案内してくれた店主さんが最高に面白かったです！）など、普通の観光では味わえないことばかりでした。 また、教えていただいた近隣のレストランや居酒屋も素晴らしかったです。美味しくて値段もリーズナブルでした。 地元の方の温かさに触れ、日本のローカルな魅力を存分に味わえる場所です。日本人・外国人を問わず、心からおすすめできる素晴らしい宿です。ありがとうございました！

Rise’s house exceeded our expectations. Rise went out of his way to collect us and drop us to the train station and he even spent time showing us around the neighbourhood and teaching us about the local history. It was one of the best stays in our whole Japan trip. The house was spotless and cosy and was a real treat to stay in. Would definitely recommend for a stay in Nishio!

Rise was communicative during the booking process and arranged to meet us at Nishio station upon arrival. He picked us up with his car, which made getting to the house easy, even with luggage. The house is clean and stylish and includes everything one would need, even for a muli-week stay. I stayed three nights with my parents and planned three activies with Risa. My favorite was the unagi eel farm visit, which was interesting and ultimately delicioius. Risa took us around with his car and translated when needed. I also really liked receiving a list of recommended restaurants near the house from Risa, making the decision for dinner quick and easy. The recommendations were all great. Overall, I definitely remommend staying here. I had a great time and loved exploring Nishio and the surrounding areas.

My parents complained that it was a little cold, but that is just the way japanese-style houses are. The air conditioning units, of which there is one in every respective room of the house, were already running when we arrived so it was plenty warm in my opinion.

良心的な価格にもかかわらずとっても素敵な空間でした！ チェックインが遅くなってしまったにも関わらず、 分かりやすいように宿の明かりをつけていてくださったり 寒くないように暖房をつけてくださっていたり 一棟貸しにも関わらず人数分のお布団まで敷いていてくださったり 地元の名産品のお菓子を置いておいてくださったりと おもてなしやお気遣いが感じられるお宿でした！ 必要な設備や、アメニティはホテルの様に揃っており、広めの駐車場も完備されていて、お布団もふかふかでお宿時代もお掃除を綺麗にされていてとても過ごしやすかったです！ 宿泊前の連絡もとても丁寧で、事前にお宿の周りのお店の情報やなども共有してくださったり、帰る際にはご挨拶に来てくださりおすすめのお店についてや観光地についてもご案内してくださいました！ 短い時間でしたがとてもゆっくりと寛いで快適に宿泊することがでました！ また愛知に来る機会がありましたら、ぜひ利用させていただきたいお宿でした！

特にありませんが、近くにコンビニ等がないので必要なものなど買い忘れがないよう向かうのが良いと思います！

Everything about this stay was perfect, and I truly feel lucky to have spent time here. The house is a two-story traditional Japanese-style home where we could genuinely experience the culture. It was clear that the host put great care into every detail of the design, and the futon bedding provided was exceptionally comfortable. The space was spotless and very quiet. The host also gave us detailed and thoughtful recommendations about cultural activities in the area, which made our family trip even more enjoyable. On top of that, he helped our family with transportation, allowing us to create wonderful memories in Nishio.

Nothing at all. My only concern is that this place may become so popular that we might not be able to book it again in the future.
