Easy to get to, clean and comfortable, very good price. The owners were incredibly helpful and made the whole experience easy for us from the start. The house is in a nice quiet location with excellent transport links to the city, which took 20 to 30 mins depending on traffic. There are shops nearby for basic food shopping. I would happily recommend this property and would book it again. It was perfect for our visit to Edinburgh at a fraction of the price of hotels in the city.

My 2 teenagers and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was very homely, clean and well equipped, would most definitely recommend. Sami was very friendly and helpful.

Buena conexión de transporte al centro de Edimburgo. El anfitrión fue muy hospitalario, nuestro vuelo llegaba muy tarde y nos dejó algo de comida a la llegada. También accedió a que hiciéramos el check out algo más tarde. El barrio muy tranquilo.

Lovely property, comfortable and plenty of cooking equipment, spices, etc. Good shower too.

There are cameras covering the front and back yard of the house. Fair enough, but if you need privacy take this into account.
