Мы потратили больше часа, чтобы попасть в апартаменты. Нам не отправили никакую информацию по поводу заселения. Нам пришлось созваниваться со службой поддержки booking, чтобы попасть вовнутрь. На сайте не указано никакого способа контакта со владельцем. Нет номера телефона.

Lokacija je izvrsna, blizina željezničke stanice i autobusne stanice. Restorani u okruženju.

Samo nedostaje otvarač za boce. Lisabon je poznat po vinu, mi smo kupile nekoliko boca, a po otvarač smo išle u trgovini. Vlasnica Carolina je ljubazna i sigurna sam da će otvarač biti već sutra u apartmanu!

We had a great stay at Wave of Light Apartments. The unit is huge—especially the living room and the open dining/kitchen area—making it very comfortable for families or groups. Everything was clean, modern, and well-maintained, and even the building itself looks new. The kitchen is well-equipped and worked well for our needs, and the location is convenient and close to tourist areas.

A couple of suggestions to make the experience even better (not really negatives): One note for future guests: we had a bit of difficulty finding the main building entrance/gate because it is not clearly marked, and our Uber dropped us a bit farther away. It would really help to provide clearer instructions (or photos/pin location) showing exactly where the main door is. Also since the apartment doors on the floor look very similar, it would help to provide much more detailed directions (or clear identifiers) because we almost went to the wrong door while finding the unit. Also, adding a few extra kitchen utensils, kitchen tissue/paper towels, and basic spices such as salt, pepper, and a small bottle of cooking oil would be a big plus—especially for Asian guests who prefer cooking simple meals during the stay.

Location. Apartment is in Santos near Cais do Sodre and Time out market.

The instructions to enter were not clear so we got a little worried if we were in the right place and if we were able to enter. We were helped when we called and got in. The reason we could not find the door was a)the instructions were wrong and b) the door was open and a lady was in the doorway, turned out it was the cleaning lady. The apartment has big windows that face an office on the other side. Not much privacy there. Also, coffee machine was broken (turns out it was. Reported here on Booking on another review) and bedroom window is broken. The bed is small for such a big room, and the pillows were uncomfortable. Some good quality matrass and pillows would be a plus for this place. When we came back from a coffee 10 minutes before checkout (we had everything packed and ready to go) the cleaning lady was in the hallway, sitting on bags in front of our door. That felt uncomfortable.

Excellent location: close to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. The city center is within walking distance, or you can take the tram or bus.

Me gustó mucho el alojamiento en general, es muy moderno y acogedor.

Había mucha claridad en la casa y a la hora de dormir, molestaba un poco la luz ya que no había persianas, por lo demás genial.
