The Rock, Elegant 4 Bedroom House, Solihull, close to NEC, sleeps 8

Location was excellent for accessing different attractions in the area. Proximity to the park was great for young children.

Clean, comfortable, all necessities provided

No blinds and 1 bedroom had no window covering at all. Access to the garden is through the bedroom, carpet grippers on stairs are coming through the carpet. All these things can be rectified and would make for a much more enjoyable stay the property has potential to be amazing

House was lovely in a quiet and lovely location. The sitting room was small with not much seating, which meant everyone was squashed on a small sofa. Bedrooms were a good size. We had some issues upon arrival, but they were addressed immediately, which was very nice. Had all the things you need for a comfy stay. Lacks a few things such as a cosy lounge, mirrors in each of the bedrooms, a clothes stand or somewhere to hang/put your clothes in the bedrooms. The toilet seat was very small, almost like a kiddie seat lol, but it wasn't much of an issue. The stairs were very creaky, sometimes, felt like your foot might go right through. Overall, a lovely house could do with bit of tweeking but I wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Service was wonderful. Thank you The Rock!!

Lack of seating in lounge. Quite plain and boring looking, could do with a more homely feel. Toilet seat and toilet was awful Creaky staircase

Great communication with hosts. Very clean & central to everything. Everything you need with accommodation and comfortable. Will definitely recommend to others and will return. Local shop for anything you need only 5mins walk.
