The location was perfect, the view from the kitchen and it’s balcony was beautiful. Staff was very kind and helpful. Everything was good for the time we spent.

All is fine, just the stairs might feel uncomfortable, but it is still manageable.

Хороший гестхаус прямо в центре города с основными достопримечательностями. Принадлежит семье, было очень душевно.

Не подойдёт для пожилых людей или у кого проблемы со здоровьем, так как крутая лестница на 4-5 этаж, где находятся комнаты для постояльцев.

We had a lovely stay here ✨ The owners were an incredibly kind and welcoming family, which made us feel at home right away! The location is excellent, and the view from the terrace is absolutely beautiful. We also really enjoyed the homemade breakfast every morning. Highly recommended! We would definitely stay here again.

It was a bit cold in the room, although the blankets were warm :) The soundproofing wasn’t the best — we could hear quite a lot from the hallway and the upper floor in the mornings, and the cats outside got pretty loud at night sometimes 😅 But apart from that, the street itself is quiet.

- la localisation en plein centre du vieux Tbilissi rend facile l’exploration de la ville :) - petit déjeuner bien copieux, de quoi bien commencer la journée - propre ! - surtout la gentillesse de la famille :) les filles parlent très bien anglais et sont super sympas mais les parents aussi bien qu’ils n’aient que quelques notions. Le sourire y était

- la literie : malheureusement les matelas sont mous et on sent les ressorts, pas facile pour les personnes souffrant du dos comme moi mais heureusement ça allait quand même - s’agissant d’une maison en bois, les escaliers sont en bois aussi donc dès qu’une personne descend ou monte les escaliers on l’entend bien
