I liked the rooms, it gives you a cosy feeling and there was a lot of space.

The shower was weird because it was operated through the sink, so when showering you had to spread your arm to the bathroom sink to change the temperature etc. A lot of stairs and floors you need to climb to get to the rooms so it is not easy for wheelchair users. It was fine for me but if you can not climb many stairs or you are using a wheelchair use another hotel. The old man on the first floor speaks 0 English and has a very bad attitude, he tried to argue with me when I brought my friend early in the morning in my room to talk for 2 hours and he then, from what I think he was trying to say, wanted me to check out and confused me with another person. All the other staff were great and very kind. But his behavior is completely unprofessional and is the only reason I would stay in another hotel room next time I visit Tbilisi.

Месторасположение просто отличное. Исторический центр плюс транспортная развязка, практически всё в шаговой доступности, при этом тихо. Отель очень ухоженный и уютный. Хорошие завтраки на веранде с шикарным видом. Она всегда открыта и там можно и ужинать самому. Хозяева очень гостеприимные (если нужен завтрак пораньше можно попросить и они сделают) и хорошо говорят по-русски. Цена меня тоже очень порадовала.

По приезду дядя Бенедикт сказал, что мой номер маленький и жаркий и предложил намного больше и по прохладней на первом этаже. Номер действительно был хороший, но в нём не было внешних окон и было немного душновато. Это не претензия, просто это надо учитывать. Вход в отель по звонку от двери. С одной стороны это конечно безопасность, с другой наверно сложно будет попасть ночью (у меня проблем не было, я после полуночи не возвращался). Это тоже просто к сведению.

Человек, работающий на рецепции, не привлекает клиентов, а отталкивает их. Он явно не на своем месте. Грубый и невнимательный. Никому не советую данный отель по этой причине. Также очень сложно найти в закоулках старого города, таксист ездил вокруг долгое время, пока нашел это здание.

First of all: All the ladies working there were really sweet - they helped me with everything and always checked if I needed anything. The hotel is located at the end of Old Tbilisi, quite close to everything. The rooms were spacious enough, and they even had a bowl in the bathroom instead of a bidet shower (taharet musluğu) which I thought was such a thoughtful detail, especially for us Turkish people who need it :D Also, there was good WI-FI. I loved the omlette they cooked me in the morning. The balcony had a cute view at night. Mostly families or old couples are staying in the hotel - which was fine for me as I wouldn't like any noise at night! :)

The doorbell was broken when I came back at night, and I got scared that I wouldn’t be able to get in. I even had to go to another hotel to call mine, but fortunately I managed to get in afterwards. I’d suggest also providing guests with a key for the front door. The lighting in the rooms was not sufficient at all - I think stronger lamps are definitely needed.

Прекрасное расположение и самое главное - хозяева дома! Очень теплый прием и прекрасное отношение. Всегда готовы помочь с советом о лучших местах в городе! Отличный завтрак со свежими блинчиками )
