"A place I would definitely rent again."

The apartment is in the center of Sulmona. It is definitely a house of stairs. It was well equipped and the refrigerator was stocked with breakfast food such as butter, jelly and bread for toast along with plenty of bottled water. The kitchen was very functional.

One criticism might be that the apartment occupies three floors which would be difficult for people with disabilities.

Host Riccardo molto disponibile, gentile, presente ed efficiente nel risolvere i problemi, ottima la posizione, casa molto carina.

Materassi e cuscini scomodi, le pulizie nel dettaglio lasciano un pò a desiderare.

Essendo l'alloggio in zona ZTL si può raggiungere l'appartamento con l'auto solo in certi orari molto ristretti soprattutto per scaricare o caricare le valige scarso interesse per l'amministrazione Comunale a favorire il turismo dopo 5 ore di macchina abbiamo dovuto attendere altre 2 ore per poter accedere a scaricare le valige

WiFi is a bit slow but that’s most of Italy it seems compared to UK
