Everything was great, and the host is very forthcoming. Apartment is well equipped, very close to the metro, but also walking distance to the Ciudad de las artes and the marina (both about 30 mins on foot). Neighborhood safe and calm. Coffee shop close by for the early morning coffee. Mercadona and Consum less than 5min on foot.
Other people in the building were a bit noisy at times.

I liked that communication with Ana was consistent and responsive. She answered all our questions in a timely manner. The apartment is in the middle from the beach and the historic center. Walking is possible but grabbing a taxi will get you there in minutes.
I didn't feel the apartment was clean enough. We found a few little roaches during our stay. And you can hear everything specially the upstairs neighbor.
