Room was big enough, beautiful, clean, and had all required facilities. Price reasonable. Location was good. Value for money.

Stayed for 3 nights with family. I had booked the Superior King Suite. Just loved every step, right from booking experience till check out. I must say these guys gave us the best hospitality possible. The property is very well maintained, clean and hygienic. Pretty close to many tourist places. Their humility and humanity was what touched my heart. Very rare to come across such graceful people, both owner and care taker. I would recommend anyone visiting Guwahati to just come and experience this place.

There's nothing that we didn't like about this property. Everything is good here.

Good for family tour

Water flow in bathroom very slow. Blanket not good

Room was large and had a comfortable stay.

Shower was hard to change temperature, so sometimes ended up too hot.

We were helped by the Sid at the front desk very much - he gave good information about Guwahati and made our stay comfortable We recommend. Safe and nice.

Bedsheets could be fresher.

Palm suites l felt like a natural home away from home. I was so impressed with the level of comfort and attention to detail. My stay was perfect.Good and delicious food , comfy beds and peaceful stay

Location, cleanliness of the rooms, clean linen, prompt response and service, ease of check in and check out, friendly and helpful staff, full service TV and inverter for power outages

Cupboards feel dated, some parts of the property are a bit dusty due to all the construction activity around Guwahati
