Amalz Suites Collection at MGM Signature !

Beautiful property, amazing staff, excellent views! Will be my go to when I’m in Vegas!

Location

The room was very tired. Carpets were dirty and the housekeeping (high areas and low areas) was poor

I liked the room. very big and comfortable

Service. We had to ask 3 times for towels. Also at night there is no one at the front desk. My room key got demagnitized and i was stuck with no way to access my room for 2 hours at 3:30 am. Had to go wonder around looking for someone to let me in. Ended up walking to a different tower until i found someone who could help me.

Location, spacious, linked to MGM grand, comfortable bed, jacuzzi bath, kitchenette which made eating cheaper, superb views, safe location, free valet parking,

Nothing to dislike

The view from the balcony was so excellent with the Mountain View and a spot of the strip. There was so much room and the set up was lovely. It was perfectly quiet and peaceful. Being just off strip but connected to the MGM made it more secluded with less traffic, but still gave access to the strip and monorail indoor or outdoor.

The beds need better mattresses. Some of the carpeting and tapestry is getting worn and outdated. The F-1 project makes vehicle traffic in and out of the property congested, making it harder for Uber etc to pick you up.

I liked the location an size, and condition of rooms.

I would have liked a note in the room about how the housekeeping was handled since it was through an independent vendor. Also, it would have been nice to have information in the room about amenities and location information.
