This is by far the best place in Catania, and Tony is one of the best hosts I've ever encountered. A very well deserved perfect score.

Pet-friendly waterfront property with a great kitchen, gas stove and large fridge, living area and room very spacious. First floor by stairs only, did not bother us. The host, Tony is very friendly and helpful. He lives in the property and was always available He offered nice treats from Catania We slept well in the comfy bed and shower was great with plenty of hot water (a hit-or-miss in Sicily). We recommend this place, hope to come back when in Catania again.

Parking was OK, just not private. There is no microwave in the kitchen. I wish the description of the apartment was different on Booking.com. We booked "3 bedroom apartment" and just got 1 bedroom. The host explained that it was the price for 2 people that we paid that made the other rooms unavailable. That was not described. So it felt strange.

Nous avons grandement apprécié l’accueil de Tony et ses attentions. L’appartement est très spacieux et confortable. Chaque chambre a sa salle de bain. C’est comme à l’hôtel mais en mieux car nous avions notre cuisine/salon privé pour partager des moments conviviaux.

Die Wohnung war liebevoll eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet, sauber, komfortabel, in guter Lage und auch Parken ist dort kein Problem. Der Blick aufs Meer und das Meeresrauschen vom Balkon waren traumhaft schön. Tony ist ein toller und aufmerksamer Gastgeber, nicht aufdringlich, aber jederzeit für uns erreichbar und auf Nachfrage erhielten wir gute Ausflugs- und Restauranttipps, oder Tipps, wo wir bei Ausflügen am besten parken könnten ;-) Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit dort und kommen bestimmt wieder!

Die Wohnung ist so gelegen das du gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten hast. Der Blick aufs Wasser hat uns gut gefallen und wir konnten uns richtig wohl fühlen darin.

The location was perfect. We could walk to restaurants and grocery stores. The view was amazing. Tony was a wonderful host who made us feel so welcomed and at home. I can not so enough about his hospitality. Tony went up and beyond taking care of us. This beautiful home let's you immerse yourself in the local culture.

Property is exactly as pictured. Tony (the host) went above and beyond, gave soo many good recommendations, sent us a 10 day guide for each day to help us decide things to do. Which we thought was absolutely amazing. Genuinely have never a met a host so considerate. My wife and I were chatting away with Tony and he heard me say how much I love pistacho, the next day there was a small gift full of pistacchio goodies (Tony your are the best) The rooms were immaculate, not a spec of dust in sight. Amazing views of the harbour / sea. I did take a picture with my drone show the amazing location of the property. The kitchen was huge and again spotless and has everything you could need. There was plenty of parking outside the property, it can be a Bit busy on the weekend, so you may have to park slightly up the road, but it’s all free There is a shared stairwell between the kitchen and the bedroom, however this didn’t bother us. All in all the property and the host are 10/10 and we will definitely return. Our favourite sport for breakfast and late night snacks was a 5 minute walk in a place called Quaranta

Alles war wunderbar eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Es war nachts etwas laut draußen, von iZimmer 1 Das ist aber wahrscheinlich nur in der Hochsaison so.
