La facilidad de ingresar y salir con un juego de llaves propio,la ubicación y las pizzas gratis.

Una mala recepción con malos modos para mi y la persona con la que estaba quien esperaba un uber. Hacia mucho calor en la habitación además de charlas hasta largas horas (3am) con gritos del mismo anfitrión que imposibilitaba dormir.

Everything was perfect, the host was super friendly and the staff were also friendly, the location was amazing, in the center of Madrid. recomendo a todos y especialmente a los latinos 🇧🇷🇦🇷🇨🇱🇨🇴🇪🇨🇺🇾🇵🇾

The Host was nice

It's a basement with horrible air and everything was dirty. You feel quite unsafe there. There are not even lockers. The photos don't match the reality.

Es uno de los hostel donde más cómodo me eh sentido , muy buen trato por parte del dueño recomendado aparte tienen muy buena ubicación con respecto al centro

Hacia un poco de calor en el lugar pero eso ya nones culpa del hostel

WARNING: Extremely unsafe and unprofessional hostel! ⚠️ During my stay at Mix Hostel Latinoamericano (August 10–14, 2025), I experienced multiple serious issues that made my stay stressful and unsafe: 1. Smoking contradiction: Upon arrival, I asked if I could smoke. The owner confirmed it, showed me the designated area, and provided an ashtray. Later, he aggressively forbade me from smoking there. 2. Cooking restriction at night: On the first night, around 23:30, I was cooking dinner when the owner aggressively told me to stop. There is no rule in the hostel policies about cooking times. This forced me to eat outside, causing extra expenses (Attach photo of the cooking area or food here) 3. Confiscation of keys: The owner took my hostel keys at night, making me feel trapped inside the property. 4. Aggressive wake-up and intimidation: The next morning, he woke me up in a hostile manner, demanding I leave immediately, even though I was aware of the check-out time. 5. Loss of my sneakers: On departure, I discovered my sneakers were missing. I had placed them on the hostel’s window ledge where they were before disappearing. Summary: The owner’s behavior was aggressive, inconsistent, and unsafe. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this hostel at all costs! – Hassane Hassani
