Clean and cozy. Great Western Food restaurant below and convenience within walking distance.. eg. train station nearer on left and Kluang bus station on right walkable but Grab easy to get.

Would've been great if water cooler provide ice cold water instead of room temperature. Need to wait to cool.in fridge. Other room guest watching movie loudly while having e-cigarette at common dining area when place supposed to be non smoking.

The bed was superb and the deco of the place was quite cool. We liked the location too, very near to the train station and downtown Kluang!

We were not able to check in earlier and was having trouble finding the location on Waze and Google Maps. A more accurate pin would have helped. We also go the wrong code for the lock to our room as our room changed due to problems with aircon for another room. It was a bit disappointing that even towels were not provided and a communal toilet setting was quite inconvenient although acceptable. As we are not from Johor and the CNY holidays confused whether Feb 12 was a public holiday or not, we parked in a public parking (as parking is not provided) but got a ticket from MP Kluang. It would have really helped if B@Home could have informed us and gave us a heads up to place a parking ticket on Monday, as a hotel did in JB for us few years back. The shops there were not opened and there was just no info so a heads up from the guesthouse would have saved us a RM30 fine.
