Location was perfect—near public transport and restaurants. The room was cozy and neat. Bathroom was clean and had hot water. Only issue was that the lift was a bit slow. Otherwise, great experience.

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the subpar experience at Hotel, booked through Fab Hotels. Despite numerous reminders, my room was not cleaned, and the bed, bathroom, and bed sheets were filthy with a terrible odor. I have shared photographic evidence of the room's condition with your team via email. Your customer care representative assured me of a refund, but I have yet to receive it. Unfortunately, my follow-up calls have gone unanswered. I request immediate attention to this matter and a full refund for my stay. I hope Fab Hotels will take necessary steps to ensure better quality control and customer service. I look forward to a prompt resolution.
