ZEN RETREAT HOI AN

Très calme et l'endroit est très joli avec un lac et des lotus magnifiques. Très belle piscine également. Belle vue de la chambre. Jolie SDB. La personne au check in était très agréable et prête à aider pour nous informer. Assez bon rapport qualité/prix considérant que c'est proche d'une ville très touristique.

Nous avons dû monter nos bagages à l'étage sans aide. Chambre très basique ainsi que le petit déjeuner. A notre arrivée, manque de personnel, personne au bar, ça ressemble un peu plus à un homestay amélioré qu'à un hotel.

Very helpful staff. They give lots of recommendations about what to do in Hoi An. They also prepared my breakfast to go as I had to leave early to the airport.

The room could have more comfortable places to sit. There was a wooden chair inside the room but it was quite uncomfortable.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Zen Retreat. Das Personal ist sehr nett und aufmerksam. Die Anlage sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Das Frühstücksangebot ist groß und sehr gut. Es gibt zweimal am Tag einen Shuttleservice nach Hoi An. Wir haben kurzfristig einen Ausflug nach Hue geplant, der perfekt von der Unterkunft organisiert wurde.

This place was perfect, and one of our favourite places we have ever stayed. We only had 3 nights here of the 14 we spent in Vietnam, but would have happily stayed here for 14 days. The location is beautiful - the roads around it are such a joy to walk / cycle down with amazing sunsets. We used Grab for taxis in and out of Hoi An in the evenings, costing very little (and always arriving super fast), but the hotel also offers a free shuttle bus. The staff were so kind and welcoming and were always so attentive to our needs. They helped book excursions for us to the Cham Islands and also gave us plenty of recommendations. The hotel is really close to the Coconut Forest and is in walking distance if you would like to do a basket boat ride. We stayed in the Heritage Suite which was beautiful and extremely good value for money. The breakfast was also great and we had fresh omelettes made each day. I cannot recommend this hotel enough - it is so unique and the surroundings are breathtaking. We will definitely be back at some stage of our lives!

The service was excellent and the outdoor areas are beautiful. We loved the pool (even though the water got quite hot from the sun), and the sun beds were comfortable. The shuttle to the old town was convenient and it was also nice that we could borrow bikes.

The A/C in the room was not working properly when we arrived. We informed the staff and they gave us an electric fan which helped. They then offered us a complimentary room upgrade for the last 4 nights (we stayed 7 night in total). Except for the bathroom being quite humid, everything in the new room was working perfectly.

Incroyable séjour à Zen retreat !! On y était pour l’anniversaire de mon conjoint et on a adoré !! Nous avions la chambre zen héritage room qui était géniale : hyper grande et spacieuse. Énorme plus pour le lit qui était très très confortable, un vrai paradis 😍 L’endroit est exceptionnel et hyper charmant ! Le personnel est très sympa et avait décoré la chambre pour l’anniversaire. Nous voulions même rester un jour de plus mais il n’y avait plus de place (heureusement car on ne serait jamais partis 🙈). Le petit déjeuner est top ! Je recommande vraiment cet endroit qui est un havre de paix. À noter : le restaurant Buffalo à 1min à pied est excellent, nous y sommes allés 3 soirs de suite.

Beautiful retreat as you can see in their pictures. The staff is really nice and always available to help you booking your or providing tips from your day to day activities, restaurant, etc… Great value for money.
