Decent bed and shower

Everything. Wrong check in details so couldn't access building for 45 minutes. Dirty. Broken oven which was exceedingly dangerous. 'emergency' phone number not answered for 2.5 hours so I wasn't able to access apartment between 10pm and 0030. Host refusing to refund.
