Rooms are very small

It is near the kabba

The room is not clean no service in the room no house keeping the plumping is bad . I used to take shower in the sink . There is a wheel chair access but it is not an access for real . It very hard to use . It is considered the most expensive hotel I have seen in my life as it offers nothing and I mean nothing . You a room without any amenities

The location was perfect even for taxi, and walking distance to Haram and location wise way better.

The facilities were shit, and the door locks were not upto standard and some cleaning staff barge inside the room if it’s slight open which is really a issue in privacy, Not worth for the money but for the location I can rate upto 9* only for the location Other than that it’s shit
