Near to Al-Haram. Supporting staff. Neat and clean room. Comfortable stay.

Those who have elderly people with them need to be careful because the wheelchair accessibility is not favorable as the slopes are too steep.

"Worst Experience."

The location.

Everything was worse, except the location. The staff, and toiletries were the worse. The person in the reception he charged me 50 riyals extra, total of SAR 388. I told him that's extra, he was a Bangali person, he is yelling at me, and saying that it was my mistake I paid the extra amount. No response from them after repeated requests for toiletries and tissues. No hand wash liquid, it was completely filled with water. Please check the uploaded pics, soaps were of very low quality. I have the video as well.
