L'appartamento si trova al primo piano senza ascensore (oltre a una rampa di scale all'ingresso dell'edificio). Situato lungo una salita pedonale, la "fatica" (fattibilissima) per raggiungere la struttura è ripagata dal silenzio, sia dell'edificio che del contesto intorno. Appartamento luminoso, da cui si vede anche il mare. Attrezzatissimo in cucina, con tutto il necessario per prepararsi i pasti. Non è la solita struttura adibita a ricezione turistica, ma si percepisce che è una casa abitata (c'è addirittura un pianoforte accordato con spartiti!). Dotato di lavatrice e asciugatrice. Ottimo l'impianto di riscaldamento, ben programmabile senza difficoltà. Tutto perfetto, anche i contatti con i gestori.

Tutto benissimo. Aggiungerei: tovagliette per apparecchiare il tavolo, strofinacci per asciugare posate e piatti (è vero, c'è la lavastoviglie, ma uno strofinaccio è sempre utile). Forse da rivedere il materasso....

Posizione comoda al centro. Appartamento molto confortevole e curato, in una palazzina residenziale. Abbiamo apprezzato trovare la cucina completamente arredata e fornita di condimenti di base, spugne e saponi, cosa non scontata in un appartamento in affitto.

Per chi è in auto va previsto di lasciarla in qualche garage custodito in zona stazione perché nei dintorni è impossibile trovare parcheggio in strada.

We had been in touch with the host in advance, and we had everything arranged. Before our flight, I asked them to make sure they didn't forget to provide us with two sets of bedding. They sent us the necessary codes to unlock the lock with the keys and the door in the entrance hall. We arrived at 5 p.m., entered the entrance hall, unlocked the lock, and found that there were no keys. I called the host and he apologized, saying that the apartment had already been rented. OMG. As a result, my wife and I were left in the entrance hall with our child, desperately searching for a new place to stay.

Wir waren gar nicht in dem angegeben Apartment, da wir bei unserer Ankunft in der eigentlichen Unterkunft feststellen mussten, dass keine Reinigung erfolgt ist. Glücklicherweise hat die zuständige Person schnell reagiert und uns eine andere Unterkunft angeboten, die wir dann für die Zeit bewohnen durften. Daher kann ich kaum Angaben zur eigentlichen Unterkunft machen.

Das Apartment war bei unserer Ankunft nicht gereinigt, es war alles noch so, wie von den letzten Gästen hinterlassen. Daraufhin wurde uns ein anderes Apartment als Ersatz für die Zeit angeboten, welches uns gut gefallen hat. Leider wurde uns aber noch nicht - wie versprochen - für das nicht gereinigte Apartment die Reinigungsgebühr erstattet. Ich bin gewillt meine Bewertung auch nochmal zu ändern, wenn dies erfolgt ist.

Very nice apartment in a quiet street but close to the city center. The main train station is easy reachable with the cable car. Thank you again!

La posizione , abbiamo parcheggiato molto distante.

L’appartement est super bien équipé, il est propre et agréable. L’accueil est au top :) En plus, il y a un magnifique piano! J’ai aussi beaucoup aimé le filtre à eau.

Pour accéder au logement, il faut passer par une rue avec d’innombrables escaliers ou bien prendre l’ascenseur mais malheureusement il ferme tôt.
