La Casa del Grillo

Loved the position and layout of the property. Very nicely done out and extremely clean. Access to the old historic centre with shops and restaurants was literally 5 minutes away. A very comfortable bed and the apartment felt a really good size. Host very helpful!

The owner's flexible and hospitable manner was great on our arrival and departure. This comfortable apartment was very clean, spacious with a different floor plan that was refreshing and stood out from the rest of our S/T stays. Not too far away to walk up the incline to the city square and shopping precinct. Quiet surrounds even if there is a primary school across the small plaza and outside your window.

All good.

The location is perfect, it's very close to everything you need to see in Perugia. The house was clean and the windows are completely soundproof.

We didn't receive the instructions on how to get to the place and access the property until after we were already inside the house. It would have been nice to know this in advance.

Air conditioning is necessary!!
