Bed covering was dirty (changed upon request) bathroom taps were leaking, dirty bathrooms and bucket, mugs dirty as well All the walls were dirty and spitting marks

"Give me back my extra money - 270 INR booking.com"

They charged me extra money. When I booked it showed 462 rs. + 72 rs. Taxes but the hotel staff didn't allow me to enter. They asked me for 800 rs. And asked me to leave if I won't give them that money. I am very disappointed with Oyo hotel and booking.com tie up. I am demanding my 270 rs. extra from booking.com as they are solely responsible for this.
