I could'nt stay on the hostel since the owner cancelled it, just because I asked him if I could let my bags on the hostel 3 hours before the check-in time

He was extremely rude when I was simply asking gently. I opened a complaint with Booking and they told me this hostel should have a flexible check-in

Nothing. It's a junkyard

It's a cheating place. The person is mad and racist. What he is offering in the website is not the place where you get it. He will send you whatsapp message and direct you to a junkyard. Which is literally cheating booking.com. i checked in the midnight 1pm and somehow i want to go for a sleep, so I couldn't send any report. This is why he is not displaying any room and toilet washroom photos. Beware

Too far from Saint Jean De PierPort. I have to return 3km again to Saint Jean De Pier Port again next morning for Santiago tracking

Location is perfect. The host is super friendly, generous and knowledgeable guy who made me feel very at home. It's a bit of a bachelor's pad, but I loved it.

Review for Booking.com: I had a very unsettling experience at a hostel I booked through Booking.com. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed and even offered a coffee, which gave me a great first impression. However, things took a turn when I requested an invoice upon departure. The host started messaging me, saying that since I had paid through Booking.com, he couldn’t provide an invoice—which I completely understood. But then, out of nowhere, he told me to cancel my booking, leave the keys, and leave his place immediately. He even threatened to cancel my booking at midnight if I didn’t comply. I was traveling alone and felt extremely scared, not knowing what to do if he forced me out in the middle of the night. I had already paid, and I knew he would eventually get his payment from Booking.com, so I had no idea why he was making such a scene. I had to beg him to let me stay and promised that I didn’t need the invoice. Only then was I “allowed” to stay for the night. However, throughout my stay, he kept pressuring me to cancel the booking and request a refund, which I didn’t want to do since it was just for one night. There is only 1 toilet for everyone. You have to wait for your turn. The mattress was not comfortable, it goes all the way down while you sleep and only 1 pillow was provided which is very thin and very uncomfortable. This was a horrible experience, and I felt completely unsafe. Booking.com needs to ensure better quality control over their listed properties to prevent situations like this. It might not happen to everyone, but I felt it was important to share my experience. Travelers, be cautious!

Comfort & Host.

The vibe of the house is warm and welcoming, and the owner is an exceptional person, always displaying generosity, kindness, and thoughtfulness. Beyond breakfast, he never hesitated to share food, drinks, and delightful conversations.

The comfort of some beds is not the best, and cleanliness could be improved. Perhaps considering hiring a cleaning service would enhance the quality of the space.
