Accessibility to town, cleanliness, and the showers were large and like new. It had a washer and dryer and the towel warmers worked great.

The most perfect apartment and host. Booked Merys House for a birthday and made an already unbelievable trip, 10X better. The nicest apartment I’ve stayed in, so modern, clean, spacious and equipped with everything you can imagine. The exterior of the house is just as nice as inside. Mery is the nicest host ever, so pleasant and friendly, she went above and beyond for us and again made the trip and stay in Moltepulciano even better. Will definitely be returning to the house, and next time will be bringing more of the family.

Cannot fault one thing.

Mery was incredible to liaise with before and during our stay! Parking was fanatstic - free and right next door. The house was very spacious with great facilities and beautiful, high ceilings. Mery left some bottles of water and processo in the fridge which was a lovely thought and much appreciated :)

The location of this place is fantastic :) It's a very short walk to the medieval entrance to Montepulciano, I would highly recommend this to everyone as you can park on the property and then take the walk to the medieval city. Much better than trying to navigate the old town for accommodation. I've been to Montepulciano 3 times and this is the best one for sure! Highly recommended. The apartment is very spacious, just renovated.

A beautiful apartment, well equipped, clean and very comfortable. Excellent showers and kitchen for self- catering. Mery was an outstanding host and very helpful with restaurant bookings.

In Mery's house, everything was perfect. Location was very good and nicest place. Clean, comfortable, nice inside designs, good beds and rooms, very clean bathroom and kitchen. And TV, all appliances were the best quality and very clean. Also. Host Mery was so kind and helped us everything. We visited many airbnb, but this was the best places.
