"Very negative experience, owner accepted payment and did not provide the service, left me in a very difficult predicamen"

The owner completely disappeared after accepting payment, left no check-in instructions to access the apartment and refused to respond to numerous text messages over the course of 7 hours politely requesting this information. Essentially left me stranded at an empty bus station at 8pm at night. Caused all sorts of problems to cancel, ensure a refund, and book alternative arrangements at the last minute.
