The location is good, it is close to a nice part of the island and the padel court.

The staff is friendly, however training in regards service would help and English language training is needed for some of them. Also the place does not have a single woman as part of the staff. It isn’t spotless, and the cleaning seems to be very superficial. Bed was not comfortable at all.

Die Anlage ist wunderschön und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bieten eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre. Besonders gefallen haben mir der schöne Poolbereich und die gemütlichen Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten. Auch das Frühstück war sehr lecker und man konnte jeden Tag wählen. Ich habe mich vom ersten Moment an wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Ein besonderes Lob geht an das gesamte Personal: Alle Mitarbeiter waren äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend und haben den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Excellent hotel with nice rooms, super friendly staff, and a wonderful breakfast. Everything was perfect, and I would definitely stay here again.

Es un hotel boutique mucho más bonito y cuidado que cualquiera de la isla. En directo es mejor que en las fotos. Pequeño y acogedor, aunque la piscina es grande, con todo pensado para que tú puedas disfrutar. Elena, nos hizo un upgrade de la habitación durante 4 días y nos permitió estar en sus nuevos bungalows recién reformados sin pagar nada adicional. Es toda una experiencia desde que llegas, con muchísimos detalles para el cliente. El desayuno es estupendo. Ofrecen los mejores consejos y recomendaciones para sacar el máximo provecho a la isla, y también pueden contratar por ti todo tipo de servicios como masajista a domicilio, traslado en barco, tours en barco, alquiler de bicicletas o lavandería. La decoración está cuidada al máximo, se nota el buen gusto de su dueña. Sin duda este hotel y su magnífico personal ha hecho que nuestra estancia en Gili Air haya sido de lo más relajante e inolvidable. Ojalá volver algún día.

The hotel was new when we did arrive that all was clean and new. Looks like the owner but most attention to be friendly and on the design.

For this price the breakfast was to simple. Also i missed little privacy which might be caused by design to make one open cycle. When we arrive no food and less options of drinks where a available cause it was to new. To me all was desined to look good but not really practica. Like i missed shadow spots. For the price value i did stay on better places.
